- Talk to Betsy about her siblings. She misses her brother, who she hasn't had contact with in ages. She says you should talk to Davy on Lock isle about her brother: Ben. (again, see my website for isle directions)
- Davy tells you that Ben owns Tropicton's general store!
- Pass on that information to Betsy, and she'll give you your reward.
